The MYM 30 Day Keto Challenge is a program designed for accelerated weight loss and easing your transition into the ketogenic diet using The Mitchell Method. With your custom macros and your meals planned out by serving size there is nothing for you to worry about; I’ve taken all the complications out of dieting and simplified it for your optimal success.
Personalized macros, calculated for you based on your stats. 30 different meals made to fit your new macros with macros summaries per meal and per day. These meals are designed to be mixed-and-matched so you can eat any 3-meal combination a day that you want.
My Intro to Keto e-book will also be included, it contains instructions on how to implement the diet into your life and all the tips and tricks I learned along the way to make sure that you are successful!
You will get my an e-cookbook, Mind Your Recipes and Q’s with meals that will fit your macros, many will be listed in your meal plan with the specific serving size listed.

The Meal Plan will be calculated using your personalized macros or macros from my online calculator and it will be made it with your food preferences/ allergies in mind. The Meal Plan can be made with 2 or 3 meals per day and for athletes I will include a protein shake in your meal plan if your training requires that you drink one.
A Diet Plan will also be included, it contains instructions on how to implement the diet into your life and all the tips and tricks I learned along the way to make sure that you are successful.

Personalized Marcos or Macronutrients are protein, fat and carbs and when eaten in specific amounts can equal significant weight loss. I will calculate your macros based on your stats such as height, weight, lean body mass, activity level etc.
A Diet Plan will also be included, it contains instructions on how to implement the diet into your life and all the tips and tricks I learned along the way to make sure that you are successful.

- Ketogenic macros (20 g carbs a day) using the Mitchell Method
- Low carb (100 g carbs a day)
- Pregnancy/ Breastfeeding macros in ketogenic or low carb
